Steve said they did a good job and the only problem he had was that they're very off on timing for when it will be ready. He had a vehicle in which was supposed to be done by closing time, but it wasn't done until 5:45 pm the next day. He was in a few weeks ago and it was the same, he's used this business 2 times, and they've always been off on the time. One of their people had called in, so he could understand they'd get behind and they couldn't help that. Steve would just like to be kept informed because he had to call this business. They did a good job when they got it done, so he can't complain.
