"Simply amazing!"
Took my Camaro in for body work. Got the car back looking better then it did before the accident. Geat people, extremely knowledgeable, super friendly. Definitely worth the price . Went well above and beyond to.make sure I was taken care of! They are guaranteed to have me as a customer and will recommend them to anyone. Getting the audio upgraded in my car next.

"Even an old auto can be saved"
My 2000 Explorer (17yo) needed lower ball joints, tie rod ends, and a new water pump. The car steers much better and does not wander. The cooling holds it's coolant and doesn't lose any after a trip of 100 miles. The price was reasonable for the work Total Care did. Yes I will go back when needed.

Ashley said after taking her vehicle in 3 times and taking it to 2 other facilities, she still has the same problem. She doesn't know if it's the mechanic but she's spent way too much money. She does have other work that she needs to have done but she's nervous about taking it in because the other problems didn't get fixed. She would not recommend them at this time.

Sorry to here that you were not happy with the service and price, we gave you free diagnosis and the repair was not a lot of money. the vehicle came in with a cam sensor code we tested wave patterns on the sensor and the randomly disappeared, we recommended cam sensor to be replaced but the job required 2 hours to be done and it was 45 minutes till close.(that was the first visit). The second visit we replaced cam sensor and cleared codes, the code did not come back and the car presented no issues (second visit). Then a couple days later she returned saying the car did not start on her, we pulled codes none were present we kept car for a few hours could not duplicate issue. We researched the most common issue of no start without codes and it was the security system of the key pass-lock, we informed the customer of what is could be and that is was a totally different issue from what we had fixed (cars can have multiple issues) and told her that next time it did it on her to check to see if security light turned on. We have not charged here for diagnostic in neither occasion and here repair was performed using Mitchell estimate pricing at a $80 shop rate. We do no rip-off or scam anybody and we warranty all the work we do.
