Customer service
Customer service is wonderful but on occasion there are some glitches...when I went to pay my bill I noticed that I did not get a coupon that I normally get afterwards attatched to my paperwork. I usually get a piece of paper that says i can fill it in and send it off to get a $5.00 coupon for future services. I did not get one this time and I had gotten an oil change as well as a water pump and drive belt.
