They are quick thinkers, and able to adjust or improvise with fixing complex problems, and work with the other mechanics if need help. They may be overwhelmed with cars to fix, or may not be able to look at your car when you come in, but they are always kind to let you know that, and offer next day, and sometimes may give advice for a quik, temporary fix or they may be able to work you in, but no guarantee.
