I bought a used car from Twins, which I found out two days later had a broken AC unit, even though I had been assured all systems were in good order.
I have tried for weeks to contact my sales person, a manager, or anyone at all who would at minimum listen to what I had to say. I have left a dozen messages, emails, and context requests asking for someone to call back. I have recieved only a single call so far, and that is because their finance department realized they never finalized the down payment. So unless you owe them money, this dealership from top to bottom will not contact you if you have any problems at all.
There are plenty of other dealerships in the Columbus area. I would recommend literally any of them over this one which is filled with either scumbags or incompetents
