Took vehicle in due to unrecognized noises. Car was inspected and technician called with details of the processes followed and findings. Answered my questions and asked many of his own as to conditions and circumstances where noises were heard. Took the car on additional road test to try to replicate. Called back with more details as to service performed. Car functioning properly.
