Quick and friendly service!
I brought my 2012 Beetle in for it's 10K service and was done in an hour! The service was excellent, the breakfast was much appreciated and I got my car washed and vacuumed to boot! Thanks University VW! You made my day!

Very happy with my experience
I wasn't planning to buy a new car, but a quote for expensive repairs needed for my car forced me to reconsider my options. I had been planning to buy a GTI in a few years, so I decided to just go ahead and do that now. I was glad they had lots of GTIs in stock, and Stevie was very helpful in guiding me through what could have otherwise been an overwhelming process.
