Dino said they charged him an extra $100 just for telling him that the A/C was not working. He told them that the alternator was not working and everything was working properly before the visit. Also, someone left 6 pairs of pants in the back of his truck. He is planning to give them to a charitable organization. Dino said he would really appreciate being reimbursed for the extra $100 that he was charged.
