Pat said when he picked up his vehicle he was told that he needed some work done. Had they told him that the repairs were needed when he dropped it off, he would have had the repairs done during this visit. There is a metallic sounding noise which the vehicle is making that it was not making before. He has not contacted the business about this issue yet but intends to if he cannot pinpoint the issue.
