Darrin said he took his vehicle in for an oil change and explained to the staff that there was somewhere he had to be. They told him they would have his vehicle completed in 30 minutes. He waited 45 minutes and they did not offer him a reason for the delay. Even though the waiting room was comfortable and the staff was friendly, this business did not go out of their way to accommodate him. He wouldn't recommend this business because the waiting room wasn't much of a waiting room at all, the television, which was only 13 inches, only received 4 channels. He would not recommend them for the reason already stated.
