"Very disappointed "
Car was brought in Saturday morning. I had to call two hours later for a follow up just to be informed my car had not even been looked at. I finally got a call TEN MINUTES before they closed for the rest of the WEEKEND to tell me they wouldn't look at it until MONDAY. Even then I had to call for a follow up on Monday because no one bothered to call me first

It took 2 1/2 hours for my oil change. No car wash again n there always short handed the internet to make your reservation for service isn't working. I wanted for a response but didn't get one. Told service person about it when I went about that no one responded back said the service isn't working n hasn't been working for awhile. Just a few things I didn't like but all n all I love owning my Hyundai this is my second car in 14 years that's how great Hyundai is. Will never buy anything else

Victorville Service Department team is awesome! They took me in at the end of the day and when they found out that my car had a recall notification so they made arrangement to take care of it.
