Preventive maintenance + repair
Car was in for regular maintenance. Jeremy looked into additional question I had, diagnosed problem, explained it, found further problems as repair proceeded, kept in touch, explained situation thoroughly, and got my approval before completing repair. Excellent, reliable, trustworthy service. Friendly, competent people at Village Center. Glad to do business with them, and it's pleasant and comfortable to be with them.
