I took my car for state safety inspection. They failed with a reason to replace coils for suspension and quoted me $1,100. There was no problem with the suspension coils. It was just a plastic crack on top of the coil. I took my car to Toyota dealership in Tysons Corners and it passed the inspection. This place is there just to mint money by demanding money for additional and unnecessary services. On top of that, the service was bad. They made me to wait for hours even after they completed the inspection. I was watching the inspector parking my car out of the garage. When I went to the front desk several times, they keep saying they will call once the file comes in and it never came in. After several hours, when I asked again, they couldn't find it and had to search for misplaced file.
An employee named Lorenzo is so rude to the customers. He is kind of threatening to have done the repairs at this place, showing that they put in 'Rejected' sticker on the car and I can't drive it anymore. Though I have 15 days time to fix it. Avoid this place by all means.
