Two small disappointments - I like the safety inspection sticker aligned with the county sticker, otherwise it looks sloppy and a poor reflection on me the driver/owner. Second, I received a general discount coupon in the Val-Pac mailer for more than the one I got directly from Tire & Auto - that was disappointing. I think it should be the other way around. Unfortunately, I had already visited and used the lesser coupon. It's a little thing, but eventually, they add up, right?

Thanks for letting us know about these concerns. Our inspectors normally are careful to install stickers in professional manner. We are following-up to see if we can determine what went wrong in this case. We should be resolving this type of mistake at the time of the inspection without requiring customer feedback. We will also follow-up on the coupon discount issue. Our promotions do change frequently and sometimes customers receive mulitple promotions from different sources.
