The staff.... going above and beyond...!
I took my daughters Honda in for her state inspection & emissions. Her car overheated during the emissions test. They had a Service Specialist analyze her car and diagnose the probable cause and scope out other issues that could potentially be future fixes or hazards down the road later. Patrick was outstanding with his consistent dedication to make her car healthy again. I am always pleased with all of the team members that are there. Gainesville VA Tire & Auto is always going above and beyond to ensure that your service needs are top priority one. I can always count on their team to take care of the situation. I highly recommend and always refer others to experience the same care that I always receive. Hats off to Harry for having top notch team members / staff... = D
