Hi went to Virginia tire and auto looking to purchase four tires. The customer service representative at the establishment and Gainesville stated that the tires we are not currently in the shop but he would place an order and call me on Friday to confirm an appointment Saturday. Never received a call on Friday so I called on Saturday morning was given the runaround to ultimately find out the tires did not arrive. The shop is unresponsive, unreliable & basically Useless unless you were getting a state inspection. They should because Virginia state inspection and not tire and auto.
