Stay away from this place.
They misdiagnosed the problem and literally broke my vehicle which I drove to their Gainesville service center. I had to tow the vehicle to BMW dealership and they fixed everything in few hours. This place is poorly managed and they are ill trained. Stay away from this place and you will be able to save thousands by saving the lifetime of your vehicle…

Wanted to add an update: BMW called me yesterday evening and informed me that the protective engine cover was missing from the vehicle. So, I contacted your Gainesville location, and they acknowledged having it.

I'm quite bewildered by the highly unprofessional behavior of your Gainesville manager. He failed to ensure that the vehicle was properly reassembled before returning it to us. It almost sounded as if they were trying to hide the fact that they hadn't replaced the protective cover, possibly to conceal their mistake. When I went to pick up the cover, I didn't receive an apology, but I didn't expect one from such unprofessional management either.
