Oil Change and Tune Up
My car was dropped off at 8:15 in the morning and then was not ready until roughly 2pm for an oil change and regular check up. On top of everything, it took another TWENTY minutes (me asking 3 different people) for them to bring me my car after I had paid.

Mr. Weindel,
It came to our attention we did not meet your expectations for that we sincerely apologize. I did see you came in at 8:15 am with a promise time of 4:00 pm for an oil change, your check engine light being on, a safety recall, 17 pt. inspection and have the front plate installed. We are very sorry that the repair for the check engine light involved removing the upper intake manifold assembly to access the circuit which showed the malfunction, it turned out to be a failed sensor. The diagnosis and accessing the part is about 3-4 hours of labor, the recall was replacing a transmission cooler line, to access left front wheel and inner fender need to be removed, line replace, system refilled check for leaks, and cleaned. Change oil and performed a multi-point inspection, install front plate. Again apologize that the details of your repairs where not properly explained and that your keys got misplaced, I have addressed these internal issues. I tried contact you by phone but was unable to, at your convenience please give me a call at 925-937-5060 ext. 120 or if you prefer you may respond to this email. Thank you very much for your business, we do enjoy helping with your vehicle needs.
