No nonsense, straight-forward communications. Great customer responsiveness.
I came in with pretty good knowledge, but some lingering questions. Ruth Brown (and "Team Walnut Creek Ford") answered every question I had, gave me plenty of opportunity to get comfortable with my car purchase decision - and could not have been more responsive. All in all, a great customer experience.
