Friendly and responsive service
I am pleased with the service, but not with the car. I have a 2013 C-Max and have been in for battery problems 3 times and chassis rattle (clunking) 1 time and the noise is back. I do not believe this car was ready for prime time. When you buy a new car you expect it to be trouble-free for at least two years (my Avalon has 160,000 miles trouble-free - no parts replaced other than brakes and tires). If you want a Ford, I would definitely recommend Walnut Creek Ford. Not sure I will buy another Ford, though.
