Honest
I thought my truck needed a new starter after a quick diagnose speaking with the service adviser he didn't recommend replacing it because it didn't sound like that was the problem. He said he could have a technician go in there and look at it but would need to charge me for the hours and probably end up not finding anything so it was my decision. I really appreciate the honesty I will be going back again!
