Service is why you keep coming back!
I have been a customer of WC Ford for many years, having bought my last 3 cars there. The service has always been great - Quick, reasonably priced and ONLY what is needed at the time. But the people there are so darn nice. They're helpful, polite and always do what they say they're going to do. The work has always been done when promised or sooner. If all dealer service departments were this good, private mechanics would have a tough time staying in business!
