Great Service / Shady Sales Department
Your service has always been great! I wrote about three paragraphs a couple weeks ago that you apparently did not get. I think the finance guy mislead me when I purchased the vehicle. I had asked him to give me the same warranties that I had on the Expedition I bought. When my Fusion broke down on the way to Tahoe, I found out I only had "maintenance" to 100,000 miles. I told him (with my wife as a witness) that I didn't want to have to worry about any costly repairs while I was still making payments. Well $1600 later and three wasted days stuck in Carson City NV, I found out I wasn't given the warranties I thought I paid for. And the. Carson City Ford dealership SUCKS! Although I didn't even rate them because; being out of a permanent job for two years, I didn't want to do it to someone else. I talked to Ford as you probably know. They gave me an extended 36,000 mile warranty to try to appease me. Last time I looked I didn't even see that! I will have to call them again! Although that doesn't do much for the cost or the inconvenience of what I went through. Your service department is the only thing I am giving 5 stars for. That is the ONLY department I would recommend! I'm still pissed and that was July!

Thank you for your feed back. We are sorry that you experienced a breakdown out of town. Any time a vehicle breaks down, it's never convienient. Were happy to hear that Ford has provided you a complimentary ESP plan. Were sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding on the ESP plan at the time of sale.
