Although I was dissappointed with what they found in my car, Stuart kept me updated with all they were doing and the cost of the work. Stuart worked to get me the best price he can find and make the repair as efficiently as they could. The job was done quickly I hope will last for a long while.

"Keep up the good work"
This is my second time taking my car to you guys for an oil change, both times I was pleased with your service. Everyone was informative, honest and quick.
I was impressed that there was coffee and interent available while we wait for our vehichles....keep up the good work!

"Great"
Now trust me because I never waste time writing a review lol but the service was great fast and I went in for one thing a oil change they gave me feedback about my car to my surprise no problems!!! I love auto places who don't try and sell Yu things or lie to Yu about things to get fix on yur car! Front desk lady has an attitude problem but other than that great place I would recommend!

Customer Servce has greatly improved at Washington Aut Repair, especialy since Stuart Porter began managing it. I'm old enough to remember when service meant treating the customer well. My car was serviced, and returned with the floor swept. That was sweet ! Thank you.

"honest auto repair"
This is the second time I have been to Washington Auto. They are professional and explain to you, the work being done on the vehicle. The prices were fair and I have had no problems with the work. the location is convenient, just in case you need to leave the car and ride the bus or metro.

Walken said the receptionist at this business needs a better attitude. That would make this business better because she has to deal with the receptionist when she first arrives at this business. She would love to bring her vehicle back but will not if she has to deal with this receptionist. If she is spending money, she doesn't want to debate and go back and forth. A business is a business, the way a customer is approached needs to be appropriate. Other than that, she said she did get perfect service. The people who gave her service were wonderful and excellent. She would probably recommend this business to others but if she has to deal with the same receptionist, she probably would not recommend this business to others.

Ellis said this business has great customer service but he was a little disappointed at the end of his visit. He said the employee that was replacing the light bulb to his left signal light had replaced the bulb but did not put the light back into the vehicle. Instead of putting the light back in the vehicle he left for 15 minutes to test drive another customers vehicle.
