West Broad Volkswagen / Audi

I just want to compliment Scott Lambert on my recent 15,000 mile scheduled maintenance visit. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what the service entailed, the cost, when my car would be ready, whether I needed a loaner (I didn’t), etc. As if it isn’t enough that my Audi A-6 is a head-turner that brings “good looking car” just about every time I pull in for gas somewhere, and that for the last 10,000 miles it has averaged 25 plus mpg, and oh yes that it is SO much fun to drive; the Audi service guys at West Broad Audi really have it going on. I’ve pulled into the service bay 3 or 4 times now, and I get the same prompt, informed, great service every time.

In addition to the consistently good work that is done on my 2006 Jetta, the personal interaction that I have with the Service Advisors is something that I value. I appreciate the way they make me feel like they care about me and that my business is appreciated.

I always enjoy my visit to VW Broad. Their service is efficient and well-done.
