"Nice employees"
Have been there several times. Always good service. My biggest complaint is they have no waiting area. Live in the country and can not go back and forth home easily.

Tim said the business tried to fix his vehicle but did not. After they installed a new clutch in the vehicle for him, the drive shaft fell out of his vehicle. It completely smashed in his fuel tank. The business picked his vehicle up and put the drive shaft back in for him. However, shortly after he drove it again the vehicle shut down completely. It was out of fuel, but his fuel gauge was indicating that he still had half a tank of gas in it. The yolk was also broken off of his vehicle when the drive shaft fell out.The air conditioner also stopped working. The fuel gauge worked before the drive shaft fell out. He had to pay $380 to have his vehicle towed back to them and $3,000 total for all of the existing repairs. When he had his vehicle towed back there for them to fix all of these new problems, and asked the mechanic how much the new repairs would cost, the mechanic laughed and said not as much as they did last time. This really ticked him off. He is now planning on working with an attorney to have this matter resolved.

This review has me puzzled.  I have dealed with Mr. Sugg numerous times and never had an issue or complaint from him mostly praise on how well everything we fixed is working.  The last time the vehicle was brought in was for an issue caused be someone in his vehicle.  We fixed the issue, explained how to prevent, what to do if it was to happen again which he was excited to know (He works from the vehicle so downtime is not good) and had him on the way happy as usual.  As soon as I received this notification of this review, I tried to call Mr. Sugg to better understand and resolve whatever the issue may be but he just hangs up and does not return my phone calls.
