"True Customer Service"
I had an issue with a battery that I had purchased around 2 years ago that had gone bad. I took it in expecting to have to get a new one. I was pleasantly surprised that they replaced it under the warranty at no cost. They could have pulled a fast one on me and I would have known no differently. Makes me feel like I can go back and not have to worry about getting good service. Thank you.
