Extremely discouraged and disappointed. False information given.
I have a daughter that was buying her own car with her own money so you would think they would take care of 16 young lady that can afford a decent car payment. However, that has not been the situation. We bought the car after work one day so was already dark. We tested drove it and read the Work Order for everything that was good or bad about the car. They said the tires were good. By the time we got home the tire was FLAT. The tires have good tread but had cuts into the side walls from the wheel wells cut into the tires. Yes bought car as is however when you have a piece of paper that says one thing then what was given to you as a product that is not custom service. They want me to drive car to them. I live over 40 miles away and want to either put me or one of family members at risk to have not just one tire but tire that could blow at any moment. Each tire is over $225.00 each and have to replace all four tires do to be an all wheel car. I expressed my concerns about being at risk so they want me to pay someone to tow to them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. The car's radio won't work because it needs a factory SD Card that we were told that it was originally in there. They want my daughter to just go buy a new one. They are close to $300. So they want her to spend another $1300 in things for the car when there paperwork says different. False advertisement in my opinion.
