"Will not be back"
Had my car towed because of a dead battery. Told them the problem but they charged me $95 to diagnose and $47.50 to install battery plus $7 misc supplies. If it takes them that long to diagnose a dead battery after being told that was the problem then not some place want to take my car to again.

"Part not in stock. Estimate not accurate"
Arrived on-time at 8:00 a.m. for an appt. Was told the estimate was 30-60 of labor and that the part had been ordered. Was assured I would be on my way by 9:00 a.m.. I heard employees talking about where is the filter? Did we get the filter? At about 8:45 a tech said it would not be ready by 9:00 and would take at least until 10:00 and would be more extensive and more expensive than quoted. I said I had to leave at 9:00 and to put the vehicle back together so I could leave. I left and will NEVER be back.

Michelle said they've worked on two of her vehicles. The problems she brought to them, have been fixed. She has taken more work to them and she has to stay on them, in order for them to complete the work. When they do the work, they do a great job. She would like for them to make her vehicles a priority.
