Dont make the same MISTAKE we did!!!!
I have never been treated so poorly by in my life by a owner/business here is a small list of what happened.
1.poor communication he was supposed to return my calls and my dads with a estimate never did he only called to yell at me and call me names and if you think Im not making it up read other reviews this is his standard business practice when things don't go his way.
2.I told him my dad is in early stages of dementia and is having a hard time understanding what your trying to sale him and its not helping him out all. Dans reply your dad is fine his decisions making is fine. Ok ,so you want me to believe that you've known my dad for the 3 days you had his vehicle held captive and those 3 days trumps my 50 years I've known my dad ?so for you tell me what he is thinking is completely for your shops gain.
3.I told him we want to pay them there shop time and send it over to dodge to get the new engine in it for warranty purpose and because I personally will feel better if dodge did the work because I have no idea of his business ethics which are none that's when he started to yell at me profanities and call me names.
4.He told my dad we could do whatever we wanted with the van as if it wasn't ours to do with it what we wanted to begin with but he wanted to try and beat the quote dodge gave us said he could get the new engine faster then the factory could and cheaper I said there was NO way dad but he talked my dad into letting him try we waited 2 more days for this great savings it never came so I pulled the plug had the tow truck go over to pick it up and they won't release until WE track down the owner im in Indiana and my dad has no vehicle and can't understand why he was told yesterday he could do whatever he wanted but now is being told NO.
5.Im not sure how this business was got? it wasn't earned obviously because no one in there right mind would be repeat customer if the owner was around and ever opened his mouth around said customer. And im sure he will rebut this with it was all me so I ask you to read down the reviews go to google reviews he blames everyone but himself and I ask you is all the people giving 1 star reviews wrong? or maybe the one guy is saying we where all wrong.
6. hes in" business to make money" that's his business statement like everyone else is he believes. Thats not entirely true Dan some people are in business to provide service to customers because they think they have something better to offer them money is what happens as a result of being a good honest business. Im sure there is business classes in LV it would be money well spent.
7.Finally if life is treating you like a baby treats a diaper and you have the misfortune to break down in front of sin city tow&trailer pay to have it towed anywhere else unless you want to be overcharged according to other reviews but I believe that's why he was throwing such a tantrum about us going with the dealership quote he seen dollar signs when my dad was stranded there.
