Recently I had to replace the water pump assembly on my Golf and they didn't overlook even the smalle
st part. Not to increase the bill but to assure that a part doesn't fail.
Conversely they won't do any work that isn't necessary. I brought my car in to have all four brakes serviced. Shortly after they called and advised me that my rear brakes had plenty of life and didn't need to be serviced. They could have made more money by doing unnecessary work but wouldn't. That type of honesty is rare.
We've trusted PJ's to service our cars for several years and will continue because we can trust them to do it right and treat us fairly and honestly.
