Mechanics are easy to talk to. I felt like they gave me the time to fully explain the issues.
I appreciated speaking to the mechanic(s) rather than front desk relaying information.
Upon initial
visit, front desk read the codes on my van and scheduled the service quickly.
It took 2 weeks to get it in for the fix but I am assuming they are so busy because they are trusted.
