The service is excellent, exact and precise. The staff is professional, friendly and caring. The building is extremely clean, quaint with a touch of elegance. I totally love the environment. Briarwood troubleshot my Prius' A/C, as it was only blowing warm air. Refrigerant (R-134a) was added after the system was evacuated. No leaks were found. The vents now produce cold air. Oil and filter were also changed. I am very satisfied with the outcome!

I had a radiator leak and the Range Rover dealership said it might be 3-4 weeks before they could get my car in and completed. Briarwood was recommended to me by a friend who had a friend that has a car dealership that takes his vehicles here to be repaired. I initially spoke with Steve and they could get it in the following week. Oscar called me and went over all the issues they found. Work was completed on time and so far everything seems to be great. I will continue to use them for all my Range Rover needs!
