They are not out to make money but in many cases have saved me money. Loch is so awesome. He has gotten me used parts when I am low on funds and always provides the most excellent customer service. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful this auto repair business is. I refer them to family and friends and once you go there you will never go anywhere else.

I have had a lot of work done on a older vehicle, the work has been professionally done with great pa

One "band aid" was applied to car and I wasn't told about it..almost got stranded..however spoke with the owner of shop and understood how there could be miss communication between techs and front desk personal.. As we are all human...please no more patch jobs! Lol.. Anyway, thank you so much Action Auto in Medford Oregon...they have the greatest prices in town!
