One "band aid" was applied to car and I wasn't told about it..almost got stranded..however spoke with the owner of shop and understood how there could be miss communication between techs and front desk personal.. As we are all human...please no more patch jobs! Lol.. Anyway, thank you so much Action Auto in Medford Oregon...they have the greatest prices in town!

My 1991 Ford Explorer sounded like it needed a new Torque Convertor and possible Transmission overhau
l with 260,000 miles on the Transmission. The rumble strip noise was found to be caused by a loose bolt on a flange at the rear Differential. The cost was negligible to repair, but some shops might have taken advantage of this and I never would have known the truth. Mechanical expertise was required to find the real problem.
