If I could I'd leave more like 4.9 stars, and the reason is that out of maybe the 5 times I've had th
em come by our property, 2 times they could not make it and had to reschedule. To their credit they are proactive about letting us know, and are apologetic and seem to give us priority to reschedule in that case.
I totally understand it's the nature of their job and company and scale serving all of (Northern California?) and things can happen like sickness or car trouble, etc. so I wouldn't dock much, but it is annoying on our end specifically because we often change our schedule around to be present for our appointment. But I have to stress, we understand it is probably the nature of the job and business setup and not something completely under their control.
Otherwise, technicians are pleasant, professional, and seem to do a good job (to be fair, I can't tell most of the time). The one time they came to fix an actual issue instead of routine maintenance, the elevator has been in good condition since. Due to their professionalism, I tend to trust that they are properly doing the elevator maintenance.
They arrive on time, no billing errors, and no major complaints, which is actually really nice if you think about it. They get all of the important things right. If you call and leave a message or wait for anything, it can easily get lost or not done, you must follow up more often than not, not a big deal for us.
I would recommend them if they are price competitive. They do offer small (what are effectively) loyalty discounts by signing service agreements. If you have to have maintenance anyway, you may consider inquiring if you think you will use them anyway, and save maybe 10% ish.
