Melinda said their customer service was excellent. They followed through with everything and did an excellent job. They were very personable and she truly appreciated their service. They had previously arranged a rental vehicle for her use. However, it was not available at the time of service. She let this be known to the business and within 15 minutes Enterprise called to apologize. They were appalled that she had been treated in such a way. She appreciated the follow up because it demonstrated that they put the customers interests first.
