"Right On Time"
I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule plus was out in time enough to finish my shift which meant a lot to me. Knowing they had what I needed in stock was a plus also.

"Quick, friendly, and expert service"
The ABS lamp was illuminated on my dash. Upon entering the service area, I was greeted warmly, questioned as to the problem, written up, and then directed to the customer lounge area. I had just enough time to drink one cup of your excellent coffee when the bill was bestowed upon me. Because my vehicle was still under warranty, there was no charge for the work perfomed. It was a good day all around.
