4Yrs ago when I went to buy my car I went to Allen Samuel's because I wanted a Tucson but out of spite my credit was ran into the ground to keep me from going anywhere else & I have the stack of papers to prove it still 2day. If that weren't enough I went elsewhere to buy & had to have a co-signer because of them but I did end up with a Tucson. In the Last yr I have had issues with my Tuscon & have had to go to Allen Samuel's service department for the issues. Other than doing recalls, they have given me no help on the motor issues I have. I was told that I would have to go into their office & get an extended warranty to cover the cost of replacing my motor which is a preexisting condition. If they would have ran my Vin # they would have known that my car is under the 10yr 150,000 mile extended warranty due to manufacturered faulty motors. In September of 23 my car went into limp mode in the middle of traffic which means that my vehicle has the Ksds software on it & it threw an internal engine code. Since that day I have had to leave my home & stay @ my mother's inorder to have a way to get back & forth to work & I put miles on her vehicle. My son has tried MANY times to contact them to get something done with my vehicle but he has gotten no help either. It's truely disheartening that you work hard for what you get & business DON'T stand behind their product. I have been dealing with this service department for over a yr now on this issue & they knew then from what I told them that i was going to have to have the motor replaced... & the vehicle is only an 2018 & is not paid off.
ALLEN SAMUELS SHAME ON YOU FOR ASKING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO COMMIT FRAUD IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE FAULTY MOTORS YOU KNOW YOUR SUPPOSED TO REPLACE DUE TO A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST HYUNDAI. I have been more than patient in this matter but @ this point my patience are gone....my next step will definitely be a legal consultation.
PEOPLE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH B4 BUYING IT WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF HEARTACHES IN THE END.
