I have a 2017 Yukon Denali that had about 36k miles. The transmission was acting up, and after discussions with Mike there, this seems to be a common problem with that year model. He used authentic parts, and reset computer stuff. I continued to have issues after I picked it up. I returned the truck to him, and they found some of the parts were defective, he ordered the parts, and it now runs better than ever. He honored the guarantee from the original repair job. I was very impressed with the job and all the employees.
