Cindy said they were wonderful but they did take longer than expected to complete the work on her vehicle. It was one extra week because the hood they ordered came in damaged. She was disappointed but this was not their fault. They have great people who were very nice. Dave called her to explain everything to her about the hood. She said it was frustrating trying to get a hold of them on the phone because they were redoing their phones. She tried twice to get a hold of them with great difficulty. She had her insurance company email them to have them call her to make arrangements to pick up her vehicle. She did not speak with anyone from there.

Howard said they were top notch, making sure he was a satisfied customer. His vehicle was not initially ready when promised. He does not recall how late it was. Unfortunately, State Farm wanted them to do a more economical job and instructed that they put a used part on his vehicle. The staff at this business were only doing what they had been instructed to do but once he made it clear this was not to his satisfaction they immediately ordered a new part and made the necessary correction.

Cheryl said she has been to this business four or five times in the last couple of years. They always do a nice job providing service. Her vehicle was delayed by an extra day because they had a lot of vehicles being worked on at the same time. They did not think they would finish her vehicle by 6:00 pm when they closed so she had to pick it up on Saturday. The issue about who would be covering the rental is still an ongoing matter. She is always satisfied with the way she is treated by the employees and would definitely recommend this facility.
