Moshe said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher because of the following. He stated when he called this busness is was hard to get ahold of people. He chose not to elaborate. He pointed out he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. This business called him once, at 6:00 PM to tell him his vehicle was ready, but since they were closing he couldn't pick up his vehicle until the following day. He remarked the personnel were very nice, and he was very happy with the work this business did.

Kevin said he was not satisfied with the repair because he had to bring it back. The air conditioner didn't work and it had poor quality control. The park light was out and there was a miscommunication about when then the repairs would be ready, but it all worked out fine.

Spoke with Lisa. She said they did a really good job. While the business was getting the vehicle ready for pick-up they bumped something and scratched it. They had to keep it for another 2 or 3 days to fix it.

Edward said he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He dropped his vehicle off and they called him when it was ready. He got his vehicle back 3 days late because parts had to be ordered. The person who prepared his estimate was very good and the communication was good.

Cory said he has had to bring his vehicle back in 3 times. He said he does not blame this business because his insurance company has a lot to do with the issue. The insurance company told this business to use aftermarket parts that were defective. He was not able to get a loaner vehicle and it took 3 weeks to work on his vehicle when it should have only taken 4 days. He was not 100 percent happy with how they kept him informed because they should have written down that he requested not to use aftermarket parts.
