Sabrina said it took the business three weeks to repair her vehicle, which was beyond their control. The glass was on back order. When she went to pick up her vehicle, it was not one hundred percent ready. Broken glass was impacting the mechanics of the sunroof. She did not receive a call back in the beginning. The repair process was scheduled to take two days but took three weeks because of what has already been shared. She had to initiate getting updates on the status of her vehicle. Thereafter, the business started keeping her informed. She could go online to view the status of the repair. The communication was not satisfactory because of what has already been shared.
