Brought truck in for suspension rattle noises. Diagnosis was front struts which were replaced (not cheap). The old struts were returned to me and did look a bit worn even though the vehicle has only 50K miles. But the rattle noise is still present. I'm not so upset that struts were replaced but I am upset that the original rattle noise was not addressed.
Seems as though they selected a repair that benefited them but did not fix the original issue.
I'll have to decide if I will use them again...because honestly it's very difficult to find a great auto Repair shop. I always feel like I'm at their mercy but I'm too old to wrench on my own vehicles anymore.
