"Bad attitude of service writer"
I went to go to work this morning and i could not go in reverse do i called auto pro and left a message that was at 8:00am i never got a call back so i called again at 10:00 the young guy came to my house and told me to get it to the shop so i had it towed then he called to tell me the problem with my car at that point i knew it was bad so i ask about a rental he told me they do not do that i ask him what time they are open he said they don't take appt before 9:00 am and they stop taking appt after 400pm it was very bad service from the start i had it in for inspection on monday and when i made that appt the person at the front was rude i will let them fix it this time but i will never take my car there again

"Wonderful experience "
My fiancé and I were on our way to the beach when the brake caliber went. We called all of the closest shops around. Every shop said "sorry, we are closing soon". But Auto Pro took us in and stayed an hour later on a Friday night to get it fixed. They are a so friendly and didn't rob us like a normal shop would since it was an emergency and they knew we had to get it done. Definitely recommend them!!
