Used Aftermarket Parts against my wishes- otherwise excellent
Outstanding communications, customer service, shuttle service, updates etc. everything repaired looks brand new, better than body shop painting than I have experienced on other vehicles at other shops. This repair involved only painting of new replacement parts, no metal body parts repaired, for damage/liability responsibility by other vehicles driver’s insurance company. B&B came highly recommended to me by family and friends who have auto collision repairs done at B&B, is a Subaru certified repair facility and was also preferred shop other parties auto insurance company, so a fairly smooth and easy repair experience with great looking results. BUT I REQUESTED ONLY OEM Subaru PARTS for the repair and was told “of course” and “that is no problem” so I was shocked to see the invoice showed ALL AFTERMARKET PARTS WERE USED. I received zero communication about the change to cheaper parts, extremely disappointing given I requested OEM parts and was told OEM parts would be used on the repair of my owner all
original parts Subaru Outback I bought new, and I plan on keeping for years to come.
