So I called Babbitts for a part that I needed, the person looked up the part and verified that it would fit the side by side I was working on. She informed to that I needed to use the website to order. So I did, after 5 days it still showed processing so I went on there chat window and Shawn was my chat person. He stated that the part was discontinued and that I should have called first. I informed him that I did, he stated that a refund will be sent. I asked him why did I have to chat to find this out, he’s reply was “ once again you should have called”. Wow today’s service.
