Mary said she appreciates the work they did, but during repairs the employees locked the keys in the vehicle and had to jimmy the lock. While they were unlocking the vehicle they scratched her passenger's side window and raised the rubber seal on the window. She had to wait for her vehicle for two or three days longer than expected because when she went to pick it up they told her that two parts that had been ordered were broken and had to be reordered.
