Carolyn said her experience was fine but the repair took too long. They put together a bumper that did not have a reflector and she had to go back for them to correct this. They could have been more courteous because they did not acknowledge her right away and she had to call them. The vehicle was ready one hour later than promised and she does not know the reason for the delay. She will not recommending them for all these issues.
