Valerie said when she went into this business the girl at the front desk couldn't come outside. Valerie thought that was not good customer service because when there are 3 other customers waiting outside somebody should come help. She was told to come back later to get her estimate after she had been waiting for 15-20 minutes. Everything looks good. She mentioned she had no other contact with the business.
