Becky said when they were fixing her door that one of the panels was not put all the way back in. She also said when she left, her coolant had leaked and her vehicle over heated. She had to call them three times to find out what was going on. They only sent a couple of text messages at the beginning of the repair and after that she had to call for updates. She said when she had to bring the vehicle back they were rude and made it seem as if it was her fault.
